Terms of Sale

Preamble

The website www.pyasti.ma is operated by the company pyasti.ma. It is intended to provide information about the business, its products for sale and the services offered to customers. Use of the website is subject to these Terms of Sale (CGV) and to Moroccan law in force.

By accessing the website, the user acknowledges that they have read these terms and undertake to comply with them without reservation. They also acknowledge that access to the website may be disrupted due to circumstances beyond the control of pyasti.ma, such as technical issues or interruptions of communication networks.

Acceptance of the terms

These Terms of Sale apply to any order placed on the website www.pyasti.ma. By confirming their order, the customer acknowledges that they have read, understood and accepted these terms without reservation. This contract is formed upon confirmation of the order by the customer.

pyasti.ma reserves the right to amend these terms at any time. The applicable terms are those in force at the time of the order.

Payment

Payment on www.pyasti.ma is made by cash on delivery (payment in cash upon delivery). No advance or deposit is required when placing an online order: the customer pays the full amount upon receipt of the product.

The customer undertakes to provide accurate and valid information to enable home delivery and payment. pyasti.ma reserves the right to cancel an order in the event of incorrect information or refusal to pay upon delivery.

Warranty

pyasti.ma warrants the quality of its products under the following conditions:

• New products (sealed box): 1-year warranty against any manufacturing defect.
• Used products (like new – opened box): warranty limited to 1 month.

The warranty covers manufacturing defects only. It does not apply if the customer changes their mind, does not like the product, or in the event of misuse, dropping, exposure to water, incorrect handling or any other negligence. No refund will be granted in these cases.

Order

When ordering, the information provided by the customer (address, payment, etc.) is authoritative. An order confirmation is sent via WhatsApp.

pyasti.ma reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel any product offer, as well as any order in the event of a stock issue or for any other legitimate reason.

Product availability

Products offered on the website are subject to availability. In the event of a stock shortage, the customer will be informed by email or phone and may choose between:

• Cancellation of the order
• Modification of the order
• Placing the product on hold until it is restocked

pyasti.ma cannot be held liable for delays caused by suppliers.

Delivery

Products are delivered to the address indicated by the customer when ordering. The estimated delivery time is 24 to 72 hours, depending on the destination in Morocco.

The customer must check the condition of the parcel upon receipt and report any anomaly immediately to pyasti.ma. No claim may be accepted after a certain period.

Liability

pyasti.ma strives to ensure the accuracy of the information displayed on its website, but cannot be held liable for any errors or omissions.

The company cannot be held liable:

• In the event of an error originating from the product manufacturers
• In the event of misuse of the items by the customer
• In the event of force majeure preventing proper performance of the contract

Personal data

pyasti.ma undertakes to respect the confidentiality of personal information provided by its customers. This data is used exclusively for order processing and will not be shared with third parties, except where necessary for the transaction.

If the information provided is incomplete or incorrect, pyasti.ma reserves the right to cancel the order.

Warning against fraud

Any falsification, reproduction or modification of order forms, invoices or purchase vouchers of pyasti.ma is strictly prohibited. Any fraudulent act will give rise to legal sanctions and judicial proceedings.

Applicable law and dispute resolution

In the event of a dispute, these Terms of Sale are governed by Moroccan law. If a disagreement arises regarding an order, pyasti.ma and the customer will first attempt to find an amicable solution through discussion and negotiation. If no solution is found, the dispute will be brought before the competent courts of Morocco to be settled under the law in force.
